How we detect outages
Visitor reports, HTTP checks, and official status feeds where they exist. A spike in “not working” reports can flag an incident even when the marketing homepage still loads.

How do I know if my ISP is down?
If this speed test cannot run and other phones on cellular still work, the home line may be down. Check your ISP on the status board and the modem lights.
Why is only one app down?
App servers fail independently of your ISP. Use the matching /status page and report if it is failing for you.
